Heritage preservation played a key role in this renovation.  The focus was to accentuate existing key aesthetic elements of the original residence.  At the same time, a more modern – open planned kitchen, meals, family room addition flows seamlessly from the original heritage spaces.  A rear street access allows for the service garage zone to be concealed to the rear, allowing for the main residence to dominate the main streetscape.  This grand home will continue to evolve with the needs of the future generation.
