A 1940’s Deco Building has been transformed into 2 residences.  The upper level has been designed to operate as an indoor – outdoor living zone – capturing views to the adjoining park through the use of bi- folding windows, creating the illusion of an outdoor deck within the internal living zone.  The original shell of the building has been refurbished to enhance its important features and to open up the once small dark rooms into larger open planned living spaces that open up to the surrounding beach and park context.  Classical materials and finishes create stunning interior spaces.
